An elegant creation of haute patisserie, composed of a golden and crumbly shortcrust pastry base, filled with a velvety bourbon vanilla custard. The surface is harmoniously decorated with selected seasonal fresh fruit – including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, yellow cherries, currants and peaches – completed with a light glaze and a dark chocolate flake as a signature of refinement.
