To ensure your custom cake is ready on time, we recommend placing your order at least 48-72 hours before your desired delivery or collection date. In some cases, we can offer rush orders for an additional fee.
You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the delivery or collection date. Contact us as soon as possible via email or live chat and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Penalties may apply for custom cakes if cancelled late.

Delivery can be made every day, where and when you want, from 7:00 to 22:00. During the order phase you can select the day of delivery based on the availability of the product.
